Full Send Racing is an event management, timing, and promotion company, 110% committed to elevate your event to be a top-notch production.
To top it all off, Full Send is a home-grown family affair! Renee and Johnny Griffin with their two daughters, Eliza & Virginia, own and operate Full Send along with their awesome, gifted local team.
Together they make the magic happen!
Meet the Team
Renee Griffin
Renee is the original founder of Full Send Racing. Some of Renee’s favorite things are open water swimming, running, pilates, hiking, traveling, chocolate, and people! In creating FSR Renee wanted to bring together the best of the race industry and the best of non profit fundraising to create fun, high energy, quality events to maximize fundraising for nonprofits.
Johnny Griffin
“Mellow Johnny” Griffin comes to use with over 30 years experience in event planning and logistics industry. When he is not in the woods on his mountain bike you can find Mellow Johnny managing course logistics as well as measuring and certifying race courses.
Virginia Griffin
“Intern Virginia” loves exploring, hiking, concerts, STAFF MEETINGS, and managing the social media operations for FSR. Between fun adventures, Virginia is a student at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill majoring in Exercise Science and Spanish.

Kierstin is a lover of all things in the great outdoors and loves swimming, biking, hiking, camping, surfing, yoga, and adventure travel to almost anywhere. By day, she’s a graphic and website designer and loves helping FSR get creative with their tshirt and race designs.

Race Full Send
As endurance athletes who have a background in race event timing and production, our goal was to take the things we valued most in the endurance industry and bring them to our athletes. We recognize each athlete comes to the start line with different skills, talents, experience and goals. Our job is to provide each athlete with the highest quality experience and motivate you to move out of the comfort of the start line, push through the miles of the race (no matter the distance) and celebrate you at the finish line.
